Funding of electromobility in Spain

Landkarte Spanien

In 2019, an important programme was launched. It is called MOVES. This stands for Spanish Alternative Mobility Program. The programme contains a budget of 45 million Euro. Its mission: Promote electric vehicles and charging infrastructure in Spain. This federal approach was replaced by the Moves II and Renove programmes. It’s not so easy to keep track of everything here. We help summarising and clearing up the picture!

Moves II or Renove – not easy to decide

The two support programmes Moves II and Renove are very sophisticated and thus precisely tailored to each situation. But it is precisely this attention to detail that makes it difficult to see through. We explain both programmes briefly and concisely. By the way: The access authorisations are explained in detail in this graphic.
